General Return Policy:
We do not accept the return of used or altered garments.
Item must be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery.
We inspect all returns prior to processing any replacements, exchanges or refunds.
All returns must include a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#). 
Please get insurance and tracking number for your returns. 
Return shipments for exchanges or refunds are at the customer expense.
Returns with any indications of wear, odors, pet or human hair, etc., will not be accepted.

Items Damaged in Transit:
If it is possible, please do not accept the package if it has signs of damage.

Refund:
Your credit will be issued to the same payment method that you used for the purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable.

International Customers are responsible for any and all VAT, duties, taxes or fees impose by their Country. Return shipments for exchanges or refunds are at the customer expense.

Please allow 1 business day for your refund to be processed.
